1) How should I place an order for something I like?

We will respond with an email with payment details within 24hours. Payment should be received within 24hours.

2) What are the postage charges?
Normal mail: $1
Registered mail: Add $2.25 to your normal mailing charges. This amount is fully paid to singpost. A tracking number will be emailed to you after we return from the post office.


3) How long do I have before making payment?
Do make payment within 24hours of receiving the confirmation. We reserve the right to let the item to go the next interested buyer should the payment not be received due to overwhelming demand.

4) What are the payment methods that you accept?
We accept direct funds transfers to our POSB Account. The account number will be provided in the confirmation email.

5) Are you able to lower the price...?
Sorry, no bargaining allowed. We believe that the prices are really reasonable and budget friendly.

6) How long does my item take to reach me after payment?
We try to go to the post office everyday but as we have day jobs, it might take us 2-3 days to go to the post office instead. The item should reach you 1-3 working days after mailing.

7) Would my item get lost in the mail?
Registered mail is strongly encouraged as we do not have any control over what happens in the post office. Registered mail cost an additional of $2.25 but you will get a tracking number!

8) Do you do meetups?
Sorry, due to our busy schedules, meetups are not possible for now.

9) Do you do international orders?
Sorry! Not at the moment, but we are exploring that option!

10) What is your refund policy?
Sorry, we do not do refunds. Your amount will be credited to your next purchase instead :)
